FEBRUARY 2011
Children all from villages around
Osipovichy arrived on the 20th
of February
for a month.
Six boys and six girls shared out
between 10 host families.
After
some wet weather in the first week the sun shone almost every day thereafter.
Each visit brings with it that unique mix of characters and talents in the
children.
The video shows a compendium of vignettes taken at Traeth Llyfn, where the
children
took their shoes and socks off (to keep them dry), at the Twmpath and Disco and
singing
their National Anthem at the Fishguard Friendship Circle.
The whole group photographed at the 'Nag's Head'

Whilst
the children were writing their diaries each evening we published a blog
about
the highs and lows of each day. It was well received amongst our own circle of
host
families and is available here to download as a PDF file.
